Rentals are for a minimum of one month. This is a Colonial Country
Club rule and we are not able to make an exception. This unit is non-
smoking but if you need a unit for a smoker please contact us and
indicate your need. We may be able to provide a referral within
Colonial Country Club to another unit where smoking is allowed. Pets
are not allowed in this unit but if you require a condo that allows pets
please contact us and indicate your need. We may be able to provide
a referral within Colonial Country Club to another unit where pets are
allowed.
The floor plan of this unit is the largest in a building of eight and
because it is on the second floor has cathedral ceilings. If you desire
a first floor unit we may be able to provide a referral.
Our Condo is available to rent year around. The monthly rental cost is
for Nov, - $2000, Dec - $2700, Jan - $3100, Feb - $3400, Mar. -
$3400, Apr. - $2500 and May to Oct - $1600

popular seasonal destination so if you have January, February or March
in mind you should make your decisions as early as possible. Please
